Deposit: Should you book a Karsten chalet or tent? For rentals, the deposit amounts to 30% of the amount of the stay, plus €15 for administrative fees. The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival by check or credit card on the website with your reservation number. The balance of the reservation is due if canceled less than one month before arrival, and the deposit is charged if canceled before the month before arrival.
